  • Event and training camp coverage,

  • Team & individual portraits,

  • Action shots,

  • Product work,

  • Promotional content,

  • And, many more!

Rates for my Services:

Per hour (based on an 8 hour day):

£120 for the first hour - this includes equipment set-up, start of filming, or photographing.

£40 per hour, for every hour after - for all of the photography or videography you require. I also charge the same price per hour for editing under this pricing.

E.g. a client wants 3 hours work done and it takes me 3 hours to edit that works out to be - £320

Full Day Coverage (based around an 8 hour day + editing):

£450 per day - includes initial set-up and then all your content creation needs for that day. This also includes all the editing time afterwards.

Pricing Packages (more than 1 day):

Should a client request my services for a duration of time longer than one full day, I will offer a reduction in my daily rates to meet a clients budget and needs. The longer than project, the more of a reduction I can offer. This will be offered on a project-by-project matter.

Packaged Photography Content:

Based on case-by-case with a client. As a general price point I package photography content for clients at the following:

£350 - 20 fully edited photographs (exported in various file formats to suit social media, website, large print). Open to a colour scheme that fits your brand.

£250 - 10 fully edited photographs (exported in various file formats to suit social media, website, large print). Open to a colour scheme that fits your brand.

£50 - Single Photo for commercial use (fully edited).
£100 - Trio of Photos for commercial use (fully edited).

Editing requests:

For video and photograph editing requests, I charge hourly at £50 per hour. I do maximise what I can do in each hour for affordability, without compromising on quality.

The Final Product:

Depending on the project, a client will receive all fully edited photographs and videos. I will not include content that I feel is not my best work (i.e. images that are blurred). A client will then have the rights to use all the content. I do ask clients that I am credited in any capacity when work is shown.

Expenses (mileage):

I normally include my expenses within my daily rate, however if a client is based more than 50 miles from my address, then I charge at 45p per mile for the first 100 miles and 30p for every mile after.

Other expenses:

Should a client’s needs require the use of paid parking, or hotel accommodation, this will need to be covered by the client. Other factors that might require charging of expenses (e.g. equipment rental) will be purely be based on a project-by-project matter.

Flexibility:

I am open to negotiating rates and services with my clients because I understand that every client is different and each client has varying budget sizes. As mentioned above, I do offer pricing packages, and I do also customise packages to meet client’s specific needs and budgets.

Flexibility could include a ‘half day’ price. However, I do not offer half day prices, because it makes sense that with travel, creating the work, and then editing the work, it can equate to a full day.
